Financial Agreement

​

Client will pay full cost for booked Barber or Salon Suite spaces if Client Fails to Appear at the appointed time/date for reserved space or cancels appointment within a 24-hour period. If Client cancels a booked Barber, Salon Suite, Nail Technician or Esthetician space prior to a 24-hour period, a refund will be returned to the client within 72 hours minus a $6.00 fee for payment processing.

 

If Client does not arrive for booked Barber or Salon Suite spaces with a smock and a cape, the Client agrees to rent a smock and a cape from Signature Cuts/Signature Styles owners for a fee of $10.

 

Workplace Rules

1. Client shall comply with all Maryland State Board of Barbering, Cosmetology, Nail Technician, and Esthetician laws, regulations and rules. 

2. Client shall comply with all Center Disease Control recommendations with respect to COVID-19. See: Best Practices.

3. I shall provide my own insurance to protect myself and my workplace against harm, injury, or loss.

3. Client must wear a smock and provide all clients with a cape.

4. The Client agrees to leave Barbering booth and/or Salon Suite spaces clean and sanitized. 

5. The Client agrees to remove all personal belongings from the Barbering booth and/or Salon Suite spaces at the end of the daily rental.

6. Client shall not use the Premises for any unlawful purpose or conduct any unlawful business venture on the Premises. 
7. Client shall treat other clients and customers with respect and shall not engage in any harassing, defamatory, obscene, indecent or threatening conduct. 
8. No animals of any kind shall be allowed on the Premises without expressed written 
authorization from Signature Cuts/Signature Styles owners.

 

Liability

 

I acknowledge that Signature Styles, Inc/ Zo's Signature Styles, LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or adverse reactions that may occur as a result of the services provided by me or the contracted cosmetologists and estheticians.

I release Signature Styles, Inc/ Zo's Signature Styles, LLC its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for any harm, injury, and/or loss that may occur during or after the services provided.

 

I acknowledge that I have been informed of any potential risks associated with the services I am providing, and I voluntarily assume those risks.

 

I agree that Signature Styles, Inc/ Zo's Signature Styles, LLC's ownership shall not be liable for any expense or items left behind resulting from the rental of the Barbering Booth or Salon Suite spaces.

 

I have read and fully understand the terms of this liability waiver.

 

Wireless Internet

 

Client agrees that Client will use the wireless internet only for lawful purposes. Client will not use wireless internet to:
(a) send unsolicited commercial messages; 

(b) transmit any false, inaccurate or misleading information; 

(c) be defamatory, obscene, indecent, threatening or harassing; 

(d) infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights; 

(e) access protected data or intercept personal information without authorization; 

(f) engage in any illegal conduct.
